We're right at the beginning of Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen's second season. In case you missed it, all pledges can gain access to the MMORPG's new "seasonal" content. The package you pledge determines how long you can access each season.

Friend of MMOBomb RedBeardFlynn sat down and explored the world of Pantheon a bit and found out exactly how dangerous things can be and how that danger is a core philosophy of the team's design plans. This video is just part of a few videos Flynn will be releasing from his almost two hours of game time with Joppa.
Sure, making an area dark or adding some spiderwebs can make things "spooky", but the video goes more in-depth than that. Whether it's talking about sound design ("the sound design is doing a lot of heavy lifting here"), making things tight and claustrophobic, adding choke points where difficult "pulls" lurk, all of these design choices tie together intentionally.
Pantheon wants to create challenges that require you to work together. Yes, you'll be able to play solo to an extent, but the real adventure will be group focused. That certainly appeals to a more "old-school" MMO crowd and we'll have to wait and see exactly how well things work whenever Pantheon hits some type of official early access or release, but if you're curious, check out the tour below.
