MMOBOMB
Jan 30, 2024
Today The Elder Scrolls Online community team took to Twitch to talk about what's upcoming in Update 41 and the Scions of Ithelia dungeon DLC this March. Update 41 is now live on the PTS so you can check out the new updates for yourself.
The two new dungeons coming to the MMORPG are the Oathsworn Pit, located in the northern section of The Reach, and Bedlam Veil, located in western Wrothgar. Both dungeons come in the typical normal and veteran difficulties, with a challenging hard mode for each of their three bosses. Each dungeon brings its own unique new item set to the game as well.
Repair kits are seeing some streamlining as they become unified. Gear repair kits will no longer come in different tiers, instead, there will only be one repair kit that can repair any level of armor. Similarly, Cyrodiil repair kits will no longer be different depending on what you are trying to repair, instead, coming in a single Cyrodiil repair kit that can repair doors, walls, Milegates, and siege weapons. Siege Weaponry will also be stackable.
Undaunted Key rewards are being increased. Normal will now give 2 keys, 3 keys for Veteran, and 4 keys for Veteran Hard Mode.
Two new homes with new furnishings are being added in this The Elder Scrolls Online update. Willowpond Haven and Sword-Singer's Redout are the two new houses, while 28 new furnishings will be making their way to the game.
The Gold Road prologue quest is included in this update, seeing players venture to Wayrest, Elden Root, or Mournhold, depending on your alliance, in order to meet up with Leramil the Wise as she tries to understand the actions of Torvesard, Scion of a Forgotten Daedric Prince.
You can check out the livestream VOD over on the official Bethesda Twitch channel, we've also put it below.
