Epic Games has introduced a new program called "Now On Epic.”
It’s designed to incentivize game developers and publishers to bring their older titles to the Epic Game Store. The initiative allows companies to earn 100% of their revenue for the first six months after releasing their products on the platform. To be eligible for this program, titles must have been available on third-party PC or subscription services before October 31, 2023.
Following the initial six-month period, Epic Games will take its standard 12% share of earnings. Developers have the opportunity to enroll in the program until December 31, 2024, and all eligible products must be launched on the Epic Games Store by June 30, 2025.
Furthermore, as part of the Now On Epic program's requirements, companies with three or more products on third-party stores or subscription services must bring at least three of them to the Epic Games Store. If a developer has fewer than three such products, they must bring all of them to the Epic Games Store.
Also, titles released in Early Access are also eligible for this program.
