Face An Old Friend Ruined By Despair And Hatred In Vindictus’ “Ruin Of The Forsaken” Update

It appears that October is a busy month for Nexon’s MMORPG Vindictus. Not only has the game launched a new update featuring a new storyline, new raid, and more, but it’s also kicked off a couple of events and the developers are celebrating Halloween with a community event on their Discord channel.

The new update continues the game’s story with Season 4 Episode 10 “Ruin of the Forsaken”. This new storyline has players facing off against their friend Spinos in order to prevent the return of the god, Balor. Spinos has fallen into despair following the defeat of the hero Lugh Lamhfada by the deity, Macha.

In addition to the new story, the update also introduces the new “Falls Confession” raid. This is a four-person raid available to those at level 120. It is here that players will face Spinos.

Of course, a new update means new events and rewards. Currently, Nexon is rewarding players for completing the new raid with extra Evil Core. The update also kicks off a “Fresh Fall Hero Pass” event during which players can earn a variety of rewards, including the “2024 Hero Voice Destiny Box – Fall”. As it’s the game’s 14th anniversary, players will also be receiving gifts for that. All they need to do is log in. Oh, yes, and as it’s Halloween, Nexon is hosting a “VindiGhosts” community event via their Discord server.
