MMOBOMB
Jan 21, 2025
Last week I covered the reveal of 6 events being held all over the world by Blizzard to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Warcraft franchise. Tickets are free and super limited so I put forth the not surprising at all take that the tickets will be very challenging to actually get.
Looks like that'll indeed be the case. The official event site now has dates for each city's show and if you hope to attend any of them, you're going to need to be watching both the event site and the World of Warcraft site for your best shot at getting a seat. How do we know this?
Well, the first round of tickets for the opening show in London went on "sale" (again, they're free) earlier this morning at 10:30 EST and were gone within minutes. If you want to hit the February 22nd show in London, make sure you are following the linked sites so you know when the next round of tickets will be available. Expect it to be early morning PST time like it was today."The second wave of tickets will be released on February 5th and a final wave of tickets will be released on February 18th," the London event page says.
Here's the dates of the 5 remaining shows if you want to get started watching for those tickets when they drop for the event celebrating the MMO and the original franchise.
