Frontlines Mode is back!

Crimson Front is Battlefield 2042's latest in-game event, as part of Season 7: Turning Point. The shooter's limited-time event reintroduces the fan-favorite Frontlines Mode, beloved for its strategic depth and frenetic combat dynamics revolving around the theme of relentless assaults. Players are thrown into an environment characterized by intense battles and rapid decision-making.

As TPC's Ground Forces launch an unprecedented global offensive, Crimson Front revolves around The Red Han — a battle-hardened and formidable battalion known for its unwavering commitment to pushing forward without retreat. Players can expect thrilling combat sequences and opportunities for strategic mastery as they navigate the chaotic battlefield.

Drawing inspiration from previous iterations in Battlefield 1 and Battlefield V, Crimson Front offers players a chance to engage in 20v20 skirmishes along a delineated frontline. Adopting a classic tug-of-war combat style, participants must defeat the enemy forces by securing sectors, deploying MCOMS, and holding their ground. The event features rewards for players to earn, and a Double XP weekend.
