Shroud of the Avatar Release 123 Brings New Content And Player-Owned Town Enhancements

Release 123 of Shroud of the Avatar introduces various updates and improvements, starting with new content and enhancements to player-owned towns. 

Market Lots are added, which offer players the opportunity to build open-air shops, allowing for portable and low-maintenance setups. These 10x8 meter lots accommodate various craftable stalls, tents, awnings, sheds, and gazebos. Additionally, tax-free water deeds for different levels of player-owned towns are now available, with deeds upgradeable using Crowns of the Obsidians.

Crafting, decorations, gear, and inventory item changes include adjustments to mesh collisions, resizing options for certain items to fit on Market Lots, fixes for clothing appearances, and improvements to item descriptions and naming conventions.

The update also addresses world and quest issues in the MMORPG, such as fixing stuck spots, correcting typos, and updating logic for various in-game tasks across different scenes. Furthermore, upcoming sales events, subscriber login rewards, and Crown Store updates are announced.

Community engagement remains a focus, according to the developers, with announcements about upcoming livestreams, community events, and resources. Players are encouraged to participate in the Bug Brigade program, which aims to improve game stability by addressing reported bugs and issues. The program offers rewards for bug hunting efforts and acknowledges the contributions of volunteers. There’s also the Streaming Program, which rewards players who actively stream Shroud of the Avatar gameplay, offering digital rewards and incentives based on streaming activity.
