The Longboard Is Coming To Riders Republic This Month With Season 10

It’s like a skateboard, just longer.

Riders Republic is introducing the longboard, as requested by players. It emphasizes speed over tricks, and Ubisoft collaborated with local athletes like Gautier Lux to make sure the longboard is legit in-game.

Each rider is given the opportunity to tailor their board to reflect personal style. There’s three different boards, each tuned to offer a unique riding experience. From smooth cruising to high-speed downhill racing, and even a carbon fiber board, players have a variety of options to choose from.

To excel in the art of longboarding, riders must not only master their boards but also optimize their lines and techniques. The addition of various braking maneuvers, such as the Glove Down and Squat Drift, adds depth to the gameplay — requiring skillful execution to maintain control at high speeds.

The longboard debuts in the game on March 20, alongside Season 10.
