Wintersday Is Back In Guild Wars 2, Let The Scavenger Hunt Begin

Would you like a wreath shield? How about a staff topped with a Christmas ornament? Well, it’s possible if you take part in the Wintersday festival in Guild Wars 2. Available beginning today, the MMORPG's festival runs through January 2, offering players three weeks to take part in activities and earn rewards.

To take part, players will need to head to Divinity’s Reach. A letter from Tixx will contain the invitation needed in order to begin. Players will be given a map with marked locations where different activities are located. And, a letter from Orphan Laine will kick off a scavenger hunt.

Players can also expect mysterious presents to appear in the open world in the Central Tyria maps. If you survive their explosion, you can fight off skritt and collect the Wintersday Gifts.

Other activities include the Bell Choir Ensemble, a Donation Drive, Mount Racing, and more.
