Love it or hate it, Fortnite is still poppin’ over six years later.
The battle royale game’s throwback season (Chapter 4: Season OG), which included the original map and its respective arsenal from the battle royale’s early years, concluded with a Chapter 5 event that ended the nostalgia for the time being in order to transition into the next season. But fear not, Epic Games has announced plans to reintroduce all the good old school and classic stuff next year — breaking the cycle of Fortnite never bringing back the same theme for seasons.

Why, you might ask? Well, probably because the game smashed records… Fortnite surpassed 100 million players this past November.
So for those who only jumped back in for the good ole’ times, you’ll have to wait to scratch that itch until sometime next year.
