EverQuest 2's New Immeasurable Menagerie Update Hits Open Beta Servers

Update 126 is just about ready for EverQuest 2 players to launch on the live servers. Before that, though, Darkpaw Games is ready to send The Immeasurable Menagerie into an open beta test. If you own the Ballads of Zimara expansion, you're eligible to take the next update for a test drive starting today and ending on August 27th.

On the MMORPG's launch pad, click in the upper left corner and select the "Beta" version to get started. Remember, though, the beta client installs in a separate folder and is about the same size as the live client. Make sure you have the room.

GU126 will eventually add the prelude to the upcoming 21st expansion, Scars of Destruction, expected to release late this year. The update will also see the return of multiple events and an update to the Masquerade of Divinity. Get in now if you want to see what Miragul is up to and why they're a bit odd right now.
